International Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to drive our expansion into international markets. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients to generate and nurture leads.
  • Identify and qualify prospects through effective lead generation. Utilize a variety of outreach methods (phone, email, CRM, sales automation tools) to nurture leads and support demand generation.

  • Engage with decision makers within target organizations and conduct high-level discovery conversations.

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet them.

  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAO) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).

  • Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, calling and messaging strategies to drive opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in CRM.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Development or similar role, preferably within the IT sector.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

  • Ambition and desire to grow within a sales team.

  • Previous experience in IT system integration is advantageous but not required.

  • Fluent command of English. Russian and additional languages are a plus.
