We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our expansion into international markets. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the business development team.
- Lead meetings with potential clients. Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients in Cyprus would be advantageous.
- Сollaborate with technical specialists to present solutions and address client needs.
- Drive prospects through the sales process to close deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales or similar role within the IT sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Previous experience in IT system integration is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional command of English and Russian. Additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
