We are looking for a business-oriented and energetic Technical Lead who is not only familiar with cybersecurity and cloud technologies but also understands and acts in accordance with business needs and metrics.
Responsibilities:
Support Business Development: Lead a team of technical presales engineers to help Sales team close deals by understanding clients' technical needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Stay Technically Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technical advancements and ensure the team’s knowledge remains current.
Client Project Involvement: Be proactively involved in client projects to quickly identify and address any technical gaps, finding external solutions if necessary.
Effective Team Management: Hire, motivate, support professional growth, and, when necessary, make difficult personnel decisions to ensure the team’s effectiveness and cohesion.
Participate in Strategic Decisions: Be a part of the management team and participate in strategic decisions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the IT segment.
Proactive attitude with a business orientation.
Experience in web security and performance (CDN, WAF, DDoS, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
Fluent command of English. Russian and additional languages are a plus.
